dc.description.abstract	The 7th Council of Ministers Meeting which was attended by ministers and senior officials from twenty CQMESA member States together with representative of eight independent COMESA institutions, representatives of sub-regional, regional and multilateral organizations and diplomats accredited to the Republic of Kenya, was preceded by the meetings on Administrative and Budgetary, and Intergovernmental Committees. The list of participants can be found in the reports which are attached to this mission report as annex II.
