dc.description Information systems en_US
dc.description.abstract An earlier article in this journal argued the case for the developers of an information system, for a particular task realm, to begin the development with the determination of the conceptual views of that realm held by the intended users of the information system. This article presents a practical conceptual model for these user views. This model is documentable and specifically oriented toward the needs of information systems development. The model falls within the domain of semantic networks. en_US
