dc.description.abstract	An earlier article in this journal argued the case for the developers of an information system, for a particular task realm, to begin the development with the determination of the conceptual views of that realm held by the intended users of the information system. This article presents a practical conceptual model for these user views. This model is documentable and specifically oriented toward the needs of information systems development.
